Steam Streaming

Hello All,
Why is it that I have to input a code to stream a game from my home computer when I am using my laptop (Not at home, so I can not input the code)
I have been using this for at least 5 years, and only recently this change has happened.

Steam support so far is useless for information on this. Am i doing something that is causing this? or a setting I may need to adjust?

And to end, my "suggestion" get rid of this.......

So, is it impossible to stream my games on my laptop if I am not at home. Isn't that the whole point of Steam Streaming?
