any chance of a mod engine to steam ? ,i have a chromebook witch thanks to steam i can play most if not all my games on but... i cant download any mods for games can you add some kind of home for modding that enables yo to edit most if not all games.

It’s already a thing. It’s called workshop. Game devs get to choose if their game uses it or not.

If the game doesn't have a Steam Workshop page, you will need to use something else.
I personally use Vortex from Nexusmods.

If it's a small indie developer encourage them to utilize the Steam Workshop
