Add a privacy option to limit new incoming friend requests

The option could limit incoming friend requests to either no one, or friends of friends (disabled = no limit).

This would severely impact the bot accounts attempting to scam, while also being easy to implement.

I recommend privating your inventory. Bots attempt to deceive those with valuable items.

This is a band-aid fix, not a solution. Also, if you ever need to unprivate your inventory for whatever reason and reprivate it, you will still be spammed with invites long after privating it. Privating is a terrible solution.
