Start banning quote abusers who continuously spam quotes repeatedly

It's getting sorta spammy on topics I'm noting several users who constantly spam repeat quotes on every topics some people create, it's about time steam started to punish those that are filling steam with repeat spam.

I'm sure if it were considered as spam then the posts with such quotes would be deleted and the person banned. If they aren't.. then they aren't considered as such.

Given your history of posting on the Steam forum, I don't know what the moderators are supposed to do to stop you from these embarrassing attacks on Steam Assistance and the moderators of this forum! Maybe banning you permanently would be the only solution to stop you from these attacks on them, attacks that do not bring anything productive, incite unnecessary arguments and discussions. Aren't you tired of so many temporary bans??? What do you really want from them???

Wise words. I don't know what the goal even is. From their perspective i consider it as polishing a turd. From my perspective i fail to see the explosive force of the thread topics. Sure, there's always room for improvement but as long my games are running, I'm not willing to work myself up with problems i can simply ignore.

looks more like proof of moderation corruption circulating again, You should all try harder to not spam quotes. even if your quoting one of the greatest steam user in the history of the platform.

its not every day someone can stir up a hornets nest, yet get the admiration and praise of the whole steam community.

Hope they back track to the offending moderator or support personal and suspend them so that the clear community instigation of targeting innocent comments is removed and steam can once again be a happy place.

Until then I think its only a matter of time until the offending moderator is terminated for good because there is always back lash from customers when moderation acts out in bad faith. Most People just give up, but a rare few fight back an continue to express the manipulation and attacks made by community clowns and improper moderation.

Which on do you think the OP is , will they give up? Or Create even more topics? The post history suggests they are not giving up.

It will eventually happen, investigation into steams corruption of its support and moderation will eventually turn this forum around, and what will happen to the rest of you when your powerless to abuse the situation?

I know what will happen, steam will once again be a friendly and believable platform, I am not really sure what the issue actually is with moderation, but it doesn't much seem to matter in the big picture of it.

the op getting a little account vacation doesn't stop the flow of conversation for the rest of us who disagree with this platforms moderation and stand up against its abuse.

If the moderators are changed again for whatever reason then they'll simply keep doing the job Valve assigned to them. Your issue isn't corruption, its simply a difference in what you want for the platform compared to what Valve wants for the platform, and since its Valve's platform they have the final say in the matter.
