Start banning quote abusers who continuously spam quotes repeatedly

It's getting sorta spammy on topics I'm noting several users who constantly spam repeat quotes on every topics some people create, it's about time steam started to punish those that are filling steam with repeat spam.

why would they need to pay anyone? Steam is making its self look like a fool, you just gave the competition free advertising. I think the competition is getting just want its wants, people like who see the problems within steam, and people like you who acknowledge them.

It's hard to take people who claim they're customers/have Steam's best interest at heart when they've invested $0 into the platform, and have the behaviors of well, paid competition seriously I'm afraid.

Especially when one limited account pops up right after a previous gets banned, that would mean either the second limited account is involved with the first, or just living on the forum at that point.

Both of which scenarios are, frankly, kinda sad.
