Workshop filter for mods that are out of date
I find one huge issue with steam workshop is that there are a lot of mods that are made but they are not maintained from version to version. Some mods work out of version fine but others are totally broken.

There should be a feature for workshop mods/items that if they don't work with the current version and are out-of-date, it could be voted on with an up / down rating system if it is out of date . If it is out of date, a warning could pop up saying "this may be out of date" when trying to subscribe to it.

This could be managed in certain ways like...
-If the mod was updated, the out of date rating gets reset
-If the creator sets the mod for a certain old version, the rating system is disabled and a notification states "Mod is for version 1.x"
-Allow a mod to link to another, this would be helpful if someone attempted to make an unofficial update mod for an outdated mod to make it function during the time the official mod fixes their issues... Users could vote if that link makes sense.

This will let us search filter mods that may be out of date so they won't show up in searches and make things a lot more clean
