Make PayPal an available paying method for Argentina

Few months ago Steam stopped accepting Argentina's local money, but the possibility of paying with PayPal didn't come back (years ago it was possible). Bring it in back would make purchases a lot easier. Pls Steam hear us out :(

PayPal is already a usable payment method.
If it is not available for your region, check with PayPal and see why they are not available in your region.
Also, you can still use your Argentinian Peso, but your bank will have to convert it into USD at the current exchange rates.
