you should see Tools on the left> some VR games> rightclick one > manage>hide this game.
You'll probably want to pick common tags between virtual reality games or anything you want to exclude. Both 'VR' and 'Asymmetric VR' are tags that come to mind immediately.
I don't know if excluding these tags will affect your ability to see games that have optional VR support within the same purchase rather than being separated as two different games.
I've had "Show Virtual Reality content" unchecked for years and still see it all the time.
Don't really want to use tags because the games that have optional VR support do use at least the "VR" tag.
I don't know how to do anything for the main store page as Night already covered the other way I knew of.
