Way to hide VR Only games

i'm sure its been asked so many times already, but please add a way to hide games with the VR Only tag. i'm tired of browsing the store seeing a game that i think look cool or interesting only to find out its a VR Only game when i don't have nor plan on getting a VR system

Ya it's a little odd. I have show virtual reality content and early access titles unchecked in the preferences, but still get shown both.

look at the right side of search in library, there is some bars that are stacked> click on that then tick VR games
you should see Tools on the left> some VR games> rightclick one > manage>hide this game.

appreciate the response, but i'm not talking about games in my library i know how to hide those. i'm talking about them adding an option to stop games with the tag "VR Only" from showing up in the store, you can hide vr supported games but many of those can be played without vr.

I, too, have no interest in VR and would like this option in the store while still allowing VR Supported titles.

Go to store preferences, scroll down to "Store Content Preferences" and choose tags and/or products to exclude. Here: https://store.steampowered.com/account/preferences/

You'll probably want to pick common tags between virtual reality games or anything you want to exclude. Both 'VR' and 'Asymmetric VR' are tags that come to mind immediately.

I don't know if excluding these tags will affect your ability to see games that have optional VR support within the same purchase rather than being separated as two different games.

I've had "Show Virtual Reality content" unchecked for years and still see it all the time.

Don't really want to use tags because the games that have optional VR support do use at least the "VR" tag.

If you want to do it with the settings as detailed above, you can also go to the search side of the store (Featured > Click the search icon, no need to type in anything) and on the left there will be VR Supported Features. Click the - mark to hide all VR Only games, it will not hide games that are VR Optional which has its own button below it.

I don't know how to do anything for the main store page as Night already covered the other way I knew of.
