Better Post History search Engine

In a given forum there's the post history search.
But the problem is that it shows all your posts in all discussion forums.
I would like the the search to be related to a specific discussion forum
and it's sub forums your in. +1

ya, the search feature (in all areas) isnt all that great, you have to try different key words, to find stuff, but it isnt always good even with that, unless you already know exactly what you are looking for.

not to mention, the search is slow and laggy, you have to spam click page numbers/arrows, to even get it to load pages.

for reference on the slow and laggy.

im running 600/40 internet, i could grab 1gig and still see that slow laggy search... and its 100% not my internet.

Don't forget you can't search numbers.

Makes it hard for people searching for specs similar to theirs when being curious how well a game may perform.

you that as well, also names, for instance if i want to search my name, in my post history, or in a forum/subforum, ect..

while using a name, it returns anything resembling your name, even words that have letters from your name, or words in it..

Searching on gougle may yield better result, than doing search on here, on their own forum.

I've been using the mobile app as my main for nearly 2 years and Google is how I get most things searched for Steam.

It's a shame Valve locked post history behind the Steam login. It was far easier to do that in a browser too.
