That's an excellent question. As far as bytes, a png image is already fairly compressed. So, pre any other compression, the file size would be equal to total bytes of each png image included in the APNG. The link below is to a 182x182 pixel animated png consisting of 12 images, each being around 35k, for a total file size of 137k.
