Unlimited friend invitation

I tried to add 4 people to my friend list 2 week ago and have been in a friend cooldown ever since…

But inbetween i have played countless of CS2 games and I’m still pugging with random player, which is verrrry unproductive.

Why in the world is there a cooldown, it’s just ruining half of my game since I can’t choose who I can play with.

Yes they may not all accept my invite, which sets me back even more.

Remove the cooldown it’s the worst limitation in the world for cs2

And aslo always stuck with toxic bad players.

Cooldown is there, so bots can't spam friend invites infinitely. I am alright with it.

Doesn't mean there should be a friend cooldown ingame in CS2. Steam friend and CS2 should be 2 different thing. Trade is cancer if it's the only reason there is a cooldown.

Valve wants people in the Steam ecosystem. Obviously using the same friend system for their own client and their own game is there to further that goal.

Have them invite you instead or post your friend invite link/code on their profile.

"The cooldown varies from 1 week up to 1 month "from the last time you saw the error message." Key point in quotes. This means if you saw the message today, you have to wait a full month before you can send another."

This cooldown was put into place because of malicious users.
