I don't see the problem here.
1) It's practically anonymous so ban or not makes no difference.
2) It benefits the person being awarded by giving them points.

When you are banned in a game hub, you can not interact with anything in said game hub, for many reasons and is part of the punishment.

Do not expect that to change.

i think it's strange you can't even report when you're banned, i've seen many rule breaking posts while i was banned but couldn't report them cause of it

This too. You get banned for one thing and one thing only: a post. If you break rules, time out means no more posts. But awards, reports and the like, should stay active. I can't think of how someone would abuse a system that benefits other users...

Well that's why I'm here, in Suggestions / Ideas.

The punishments were only tightened after people still spammed game hubs with more nonsense and that's why all interactions are no longer allowed.
