Steam App opening automatically
Hello, I haven't noticed any pages about this and I can't find a way to ask the steam support since there is no category for this issue.

My problem is that I run steam on an older laptop. It struggles to run even Minecraft. So every GB of Memory I can free, I will. Steam, in the settings, has a slider to turn off the default for its start up when I turn on my laptop. I have this slider turned off.
It starts up anyways in the background.
It starts up with my laptop every time and there is no way I can tell support in this app. I think its even worse, when I have to then launch the steam app, because its running in the background, and close the app. Its pointless and a waste of my time and energy.
I understand needing to specify the difference between running in the background and being fully not running. But, when you have a option to remove that, your app should not be starting up in the background when I start my laptop.
For more information:
I'm talking about the setting; Interface - Run Steam when my PC starts up.
This implies background running, it includes running steam as an app. Why can't I have an option to take a little more time to run up and maybe give me another slider to choose this option. It would be nice to have it underneath this slider, so if you either turned it on or off, you can also toggle it to not run in the background or start up until the app is started up manually. It doesn't have to be a default, this would just make your app more accessible to people with older hardwired.
I'm sorry if this comes off as rude or mean, it just bothers me, and I wish I did not have to fight with my computer every time I want to do anything other than work.
