If you block someone, they shouldn’t be allowed to give you awards

Except we know some users simply want to abuse it to control anti-moderator and anti-user narratives, especially from the types of people that call any form of disagreement as "harassment", which is a good reason to prevent them from having any influence over others seeing any of their stuff especially in a public setting.
