It already shows how much time they've spent in the game. If they're giving the game a negative review because they couldn't progress, they'll tell you that in the review.

OP is asking for achievements to be shown, not playtime which is obviously already there and people are not always honest about why they gave a game a negative review.

What purpose does this have that showing playtime doesn't? Amount of playtime already gives a good idea of how far they got in the game. If there is concern of them faking it by idling rest assured they absolutely can still fake it even if achievements are shown, as there are methods to unlock achievements illegitimately.
So adding the achevements to the review doesn't really do much either for context in how far they got, nor does it prevent them from faking experience with the game by idling.
