Make users be able to private past 2 weeks game-time

I wish that there was a privacy option to hide the 'past 2 weeks' hour amount from your Steam profile while still keeping the total hours per game available to public or to friends only.

This has nothing to do with refunds. Valve can see the recorded play time regardless of privacy settings.
