Steam overlay: Add volume control options like windows gamebar has

Hello,

windows gamebar has a volume controls option. Steam has not.

please add a feature for volume controls to steam overlay.
I want to be able to controls volumes of applications in steam overlay.

the windows gamebar has a game incompatibility on my system and steam overlay is better anyway.

don't use gamebar so what do u mean?

Every device I own has physical volume controls. Every game I've played (including some from before I was born) have volume controls of some kind. If you need to access the Windows volume settings, just press ctrl+esc instead of shift+tab.
