Stop removing games from cart?

Why does steam do this, there is absolutely no excuse except for personal preference, i suggest they stop this annoying habit already, a decade has passed ffs

edit: Apparently, it's a bug feature, bugthesda style so yeah i suggest to fix this bug

EDIT 2 : from steam user 20 days ago "I had 68 games in my cart and now they are gone was waiting for the summer sale coming this june so I could get em all at cheaper prices"

Is it the same game(s) every time?

And how long from adding it to the cart til it disappears?

I don't have games removed from cart, but it doesn't synch AFAIK between browser and client so if you add it on 1 you won't see it on the other. So you'd have to provide more details as asked

Well then you will have to live with your issue if you refuse to provide anything to help troubleshoot it. Games I add aren't removed so lots of options like your browser settings doing funny things

Cart is saved to your account now.
It will be the same wherever youre logged in.

Well I just added a game to my cart, will see how long it stays. If its being removed after a set period of time that isn't necessarily a bug and a design feature. The cart is not meant for long term saving of games, that is what a wish list is for.

Ah didnt know they changed that as if I add something to my cart I typically buy it or remove it and not leave it there for days.

That change came along with the new private options. It was a tad buggy at first but works as intended now.

As for removing games from the cart, intentional or not, the cart is not meant to be eternal.

so ? you never replied, did the games get removed, i know mine and others users games keep getting removed from cart, steam is the only store i know which has this weird invasive issue
