To clarify: I want a button that creates a zip file with all of my purchases in it so that I don't have to do it manually one by one.
https://store.steampowered.com/account/history/
As Ben mentioned: https://store.steampowered.com/account/history/ which was the page I referred to. You can expand the results and load them all. Print the page as a PDF. Not sure where or how you'd do it one by one. But to clarify I was suggesting creating one pdf from the purchase history page and putting it into a zip file (if you still feel that's important).
I mean it's one or two clicks more than a single button. But it's going to be a good long time before exporting the purchase history is an option even if Valve decided to start working on it right now. In the meantime... if you really want it. The purchase history is displayed on a web page. Lots of ways to get at it even if there isn't an explicit process to export it.
End of the day do you want the data, or do you want the feature?
The way to do it one by one is: purchase history -> click on a transaction -> click an item from that transaction -> "I would like to view or print the receipt for this purchase" -> shows you the receipt/email that you receive when you complete a purchase with all the details of the transaction
