Unify standard profile themes and special profile themes.

There are currently six profile themes or colors for profiles that can be accessed by default but I want any additional themes from the special profiles I have purchased accessible in that menu also.

One of the main things which gets me to spend my points on special profiles in the points shop is the additional color themes which come as a part of the special profiles. Unfortunately, these additional color themes cannot be easily or quickly selected independently of the overall special profile. Currently, a special profile has to be activated and then different elements of that profile changed (such as the avatar border, the mini-profile background, the profile background etc.) until just the theme remains active (which is usually the main reason I wanted the entire special profile in the first place).

I want any new color theme included in each special profile I have purchased to be able to be selected in the main theme menu as additional themes which are added into that menu. This would prevent me from having to select multiple (one after the other) entire special profiles just to try out different color themes with different profile backgrounds (backgrounds which are not part of the special profiles) which causes me to have to change my profile's settings multiple times just to find the special theme I think goes best with whatever profile background I want to select. This would be more convenient for me and I think such a change would result in less unnecessary traffic for your servers too.

I also would like steam profile themes (the color themes) to be capable of being purchased in the point shop independently of the special profiles (just like you can currently purchase many avatar frames, mini profiles, profile backgrounds and other stuff independently). I'm sorry if this sounds a bit muddled.
