My mom plays too much solitaire, I don't want to make a 62 year old woman use a "child" account--just let me monitor/manage playtime for each account that opts in to it (like a category/tag).

They actually added it to the list of "Steam Feature Discussions" on the discussions page. https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/

It took them a day to do it and the removed the old Family Sharing group from the list as well.
