Muting system SUCKS BIG TIME

Ok, here is my issue, which happens to me a lot of the time. While in the game, I get muted for no reason, or one, or more members of my team gets muted for no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason at all and we can not communicate with each other. This is really detrimental to the game. I just lost a game because me and 2 other members of my team got muted for no reason (guess the enemy team reported us or something) and from a leading position we lost the game because we could not efficiently communicate with each other. I mean, what is the point of muting the players automatically by Valve? What is the point of the muting option each player has?
