This would people to get other to try a game and purchase it. add demo system so game have built in demo for games. also change code or offer gml visual code as an alternative to in your game maker. don't believe me then just put it in like as a trial after all i bet it is in C. and convert your original game to gml visual and see what it looks like.

Game devs can already offer demos, enable family sharing and offer free weeks/weekends for their games.

How would this be any different?
