Exchange unnecessary games

I have in my library unnecessary games, would be good to exchange for trading cards or keys.
Also need function to transfer some games to another account, for example i dont need fallout 3, but my friend love this one, i transfer to him fallout 3, maybe needs to be paid for this function.

Well... You can't actually transfer games, but you can authorize your friends to play games from your library, that was the whole plot about argentinian accounts

Yeah, it's an idea a lot of people have and they only consider benefits for themselves, forgetting that Valve needs to manage the needs of multiple parties. Creating secondary markets isn't going to benefit developers, so don't hold your breath.

Especially when one takes into account that these developers/publishers have been trying to kill off secondary markets way before Steam and the digital gaming era started. And they're slowly doing it to consoles as well, those will be digital only in the future as well.

So yeah, why would Valve or the developers/publishers want something back that they actively are against?

I ready to pay publisher/developer twice for this function. I get game for 4.99 on sale, if i transfer this game from my account i again paid 4.99 to developer/publisher, but my library to be clear, and my friend enjoy game.

And that's as good as you're going to get, because people who hijack accounts would love to be able to take games away from people's accounts as well.

Sounds like your friend needs to purchase a copy of fallout 3, or you could purchase it for your friend.
