Why showing WIndows games on macOS?
I never understood, why by default, Steam is showing Windows games form my library, when running on macOS. There is a button to filter out only macOS games, but why do I need to explicitly do that? It doesnt make any sense. I can't install Windows only games on my MacBook, so why do I need to scrolling through those? That filtering should be on by default.

Because people scrolling on a Mac might also own a windows PC? Owning a mac doesn't mean you don't own a device capable of playing the games.

It doesn't make any sense. Keep in mind, you can't install those games on your mac. There is already a button that will filter those games so that you will only see Mac games. It should basically just be "on" by default. Thats all. I always click it, whenever I start Steam. Its just annoyance I have to do it every single time...

Because Boot Camp exists and is widely used.

You might not choose to use it but Valve don't build their designs based on any single individual. sure it would be better for the button to have an option to use it as a remembered toggle between log-ins but that is likely to be a low priority for Valve.
