0.03 USD items cannot be sold
Valve has discontinued Turkish Lira support for Turkey, and now Turks are using USD currency on Steam. This has also revealed a problem;

Previously, I was able to quickly and easily sell very cheap items that appeared to be worth "0.03 USD" because they were listed in Turkish Lira. However, now that I am using USD currency, the minimum listing price is 0.03 USD. This is equivalent to 0.87 TRY. As a result, we cannot sell very cheap items at their actual value because their actual value is not 0.03 USD.

Isn't this situation ridiculous? Valve should lower the minimum listing price even further in countries using USD currency on Steam because we cannot sell items at their actual value. They need to add 1-2 more zeros to the minimum listing price to fix this ridiculous inconsistency.

Your market listings aren't region locked. Anyone using the market around the world can buy your 3 cent listing. Your cards aren't selling because they haven't found a buyer yet. Simple as that. Has nothing to do with the currency regions changing.

I'm not talking about this, i know everything you said.

Maybe i can't explain this situation very well but if you read this, you can understand:

Since it hasn't been answered yet, the reason is because they aren't actually worth 3 cents. 3 cents is just the lowest that can be displayed for anybody living in a country using USD. If you lived in a place like Russia, Japan, or Vietnam with very small currency denominations, you'd be able to see the true listing prices of these. So the only way these kinds of things sell is if somebody tries buying it in USD (for 3 cents) and the purchase defaults to you because yours is the item that has been on the market for the longest at that price or below. So it will probably take many months.

You can try trading them in bulk, but especially with the trade hold nowadays it's probably more work than it's worth. Cases sell for around 800 per key, and 3c drop skins tend to sell at around 300-400 per key. Using the in-game trade-up contract is a waste of money with a couple exceptions, and definitely so with these kinds of skins

I'm in Euro zone and have sold hundreds of items for 0.03€. You'll just have to wait till items set to same price before you are sold out. Might take a day or several months depending on number of items in the queue before yours though but most things sell eventually.
