Seriously speaking, I'm totally against this because it's so easy to cheat achievements.
Man there is cheaters everywhere.
You can use console commands too.
SAM can also remove achievements so you can get them again. Would this cause Steam to count your achievements over and over?
Valve would have to find a way to block it and people say if you have a much higher Steam level you're more likely to get booster packs with cards.
Which would suddenly make a lot of people care about achievement and now those who care about getting them the real way are overshadowed by the ones cheating them.
