Report Abuse & Corrupt Moderation Needs Investigated

This topics pretty serious and is putting steam forum at great risk of loss of customers and those who are willing to take to the forums to discuss topics and enjoy community aspect of steam.

while its a serious topic of user safety on the forums taking priority in situations, it seems that some majority of content is removed that does not pose any safety issues to steam users, but is simply removed because those that post it are targeted and turned into victims by both corrupt moderation and those that engage in report abuse.

Steam needs to remain a place for public opinion to be allowed that steam itself and its moderators should only engage in removing dangerous an hurtful comments, and to not under mind the continuing development of threads simply because they can.

A Deeper investigation is needed into the extent that Moderation Corruption and Report abuse happens, any over turned bans by support should be looked into as potential moderator corruption, and that moderator should be investigated along with the reports of the individuals who sent them in.

report abuse should be taken into consideration with users who frequently report topics or posts of users they just don't like, and the same bans when reversed show be placed upon the people who where involved with the reports.

also reversed bans and those who are involved with reporting abuse should not be allowed to get out of the bans or have them over turned.

also with corrupt moderation, when a moderator knowing makes continued "mistakes" against the same users, they should be on suspension from conducting any moderation up until the length of all mistaken moderation combined is accounted for.

this isn't a personal me issue, it involves 100's that no longer use the forums, and its apparent that such a small number of users actually use the steam forum that it is questionable what the level of report triggering is even at.

consider that most who post in the negative aspect of suggestions against users number less then 20 people, its safe to say that unless a few of those individuals have multiply accounts or personal access to steam moderation that the trigger limit is set very low on steam reporting triggers.

its sad to see some people on steam want the system to stay broken so it can be abused, one has to question at what lengths they would go to not lose the ability to troll and counter productivity others on the forum.

If anything there needs to be an investigation into a LACK of moderation.

Users using alt accounts to troll and avoid bans, users repeatedly getting 1 day bans that never escalate, users that for some reason seem to take forever to get moderated, users that repeatedly get let off without moderation despite having dozens of posts deleted for rule breaks, etc.
