Have Community Bans show up on forum posts as User Being banned
Right now if a user is community banned its not really noticeable so people will try to respond to them, expect a response, etc. If it showed the same banned text as a forum ban (which a community ban includes a forum ban) then users will be able to tell and will know that the user can't respond to them.

Right now if your having a discussion with someone and they get community banned unless you were to go to their profile and know what it looks like you'd have no idea they aren't capable of responding to you.

Considering Valve right now can't even consistently display the 'banned' status of an account in the forum...
It was a lot easir to see if someone was community banned on their profile page before. Now its not obvious unless you look in the xml which is sort of annoying

Not that hard, it will be completely blank and you won't see words private account.
No people already harass those who are ban.

Citation needed for that claim

The funny thing is how extremely easy that is to code especially when pulling information from a DB about a user to display, in which you can easily alter how it's displayed IF a condition is met.

And why is the lack of response a problem? Even if you don't get a response, you're making a valuable contribution to the topic. Besides, someone else might reply.

Well, not long ago someone posted this on my profile:

So Fishie is correct.

It worked consistently until around the UI update. I'm not sure it to be really a DB issue as much as caching or simply a CSS one.

Of course as we're talking Valve here and being a community bug, I don't expect it to be fixed in a short notice.

My money is on caching.
