Steam ban removel // rebuy games and set them to zero!
Hi I have a great Idea for you to make more money and make poeple happy at the same time!

Just give poeple a chance to rebuy games they are banned in.
By allowing them to buy something like a cleaning pack, to remove old vac bans, including the removel of the game out of their steamlist and set everything to zero, for an amount of like 30$ or so... and stack it up for poeple with multiple bans.
And if they get banned again, it should cost 60$ for the 3th time and 120$ for the 4th time and so on!

It would be so nice for many poeple who messed up one day and really like to have all their favorit games on the same account again, without changing to another account, just to play their favourite games they are banned in!

It could also cost extra -10 steam level, then 20, 40...and so on!
Mark the profile with a big scar in the background to let poeple see, if someone cheatet once or twice!

Tyvm for your time!
Best regards

You do have a chance to rebuy games you're banned in. On a new account.

Neither Valve or the community want the cheaters back in the game. Valve tried temp bans and it didn't work so now VAC bans permanent. If Valve gives cheaters and way out of the ban they will abuse it. Making the whole system (more) pointless.

All accounts get one chance and only one chance. If Valve wanted to they could choose to terminate accounts that cheat, seeing as it's a violation of the SSA. Which you agreed to when you created your account.

If anything i would expect bans to get more harsh punishments.

Make a new account and move on. That is your second chance.

That's what new accounts are for. Problem solved. Thanks for playing.

No thanks. Things should be made as hard for cheaters as possible, meaning every time you get banned you should have to make new accounts and work your way up again and lose access to everything you had from that game.
Why would anyone want to do that?

Basically a free-pass for any cheater who has plenty of money laying around.

Steam already has perfectly working second change system. You create new account and rebuy the game you were banned on it. Bans will remain on accounts forever as they should.

Or better yet don't cheat or allow your account to be used to cheat.

This above. Steam has never had in their sights to make cheaters lives easier. Much less doing so by charging money,I can already hear people screaming "Steam makes money off banning people"

When did valve temp bans? my ban is more than 10 years ago! and I just dont want to switch accounts all day, just to play a game I got banned in, when I was younger and stupid and just messed up! So I think, you just dont get the point I was making. The game get removed, you need to pay for it! Also need to pay for the game again and you are set to zero! Still losing all your items! And you also get marked as a cheater with a huge scar in your profile!

Valve stopped using temporary bans back in 2005.

Cheater dont care, if they use different accounts! they would either do a new steam account for free, with new email adress before paying 30$ to remove and rebuy the game! remember ! 2times is 60$ 3th time is 120$ and you get marked in your profile! My point is just for the guys who cheatet onces and just want all their games on one account! Not to cheat over and over again one the same account! If I get the chance, to have cs again on my main account! I would never do the same ♥♥♥♥ again!

Yep, with the release of VAC2:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valve_Anti-Cheat
Valve started working on a "long-term solution" for cheating in 2001.VAC's initial release was with Counter-Strike in 2002. During this initial release, the system only banned players for 24 hours. The duration of the ban was increased over time; players were banned for 1 year and 5 years, until VAC2 was released in 2005, when any new bans became permanent
For what? So they can get new ban? A cheater will always remain a cheater...

Account A > Paid for game > Account banned > Permanent ban on that account/game.

New Account B > Paid for game > Play game > Problem solved.
