Options to customize the on-screen keyboard on PC as well as Steam Deck

I really like having a keyboard I can use the D-Pad to move between letters with, and it seems like it would be a nice feature to have options for.
Like changing the size and color, or making it transparent.
The Steam Deck already has the option to change colors, but not the other options.

Also, I don't know why, but when using the keyboard, Desktop controls on my PC stop working until I restart Steam, often.
