Well obviously if I'm asking for such notification, it's because they didn't send anything, making it impossible for me to know who removed me.
I don't think you understand what an "option" is.
You remind me of those people who are absolutely against online multiplayer because all they play is local.
Nobody is forcing you into anything. In fact I'm wondering why "standard" users even replied to my thread, which was clearly directed towards Valve, and not them.
They already have an option to send the chat before dipping out. They chose not to.
The option is already available.
