captcha is impossible to complete in steam client

I have tried to reset my pw because I quite often forgot after using the auto login. However, it is impossible to finish captcha test in steam client (work fine in web steam) and I always got the error message, therefore, i failed to reset my pw and have to try with my memory and eventually have my steam account locked and wasted much of my time to wait for the unlock from steam. Terrible experience.

Same here, was thinking there might be a glitch somewhere. I completed 10-captcha scenes correctly, then the system tells me I need to prove I am not a robot. I have had this issue since yesterday noon.
