remove steams high level users from the forum

its dangerous to allow them to continue to try and manipulate steam , with bad choices, bad topic negitivity and over all trying to influence that steam purchases are the right choice.
its extremely shady to allow these individuals to speak on steams behave because many seem to have it out for steam.

simply put real users on steam buy a few games a year , if that, many are not interested in owning 1000's of games or hearing the lies and negitive input of idea's from steams super elite spenders.

these people have tried to throw everyone out of steam because they feel steam owes them something for all the money they have spent.

its ugly and somewhat disappointing to see fellow steam users be attacked by steams super spendy aggro community players.

put a stop it before it only turns steam into a place nobody wants to be a part of

these statements are exactly why this thread was created to show the negitive side of steams often spotted and active forum users and how they mistreat low level steam users.

I am sure my level being 0 and me declaring im a free player has all and everything to do with it, it is the attitude of these people that think they have a right to engage in attacking and causing defamation to others.

steam is not defamed as any user who really deep dives into steams world can see clearly all the things going on in steam. This how ever directly shows that steams higher level users are engaging in attacking low level users and quiet often.

It is a shame because these people clearly know better but can't help themselves but to engage in this type of childish and hurtful commenting.

it really only proves that the content topic of this thread is real and for steam users safety they should be restricted from the potential harm they are causing steam customers. i am not the only person they engage like this with, i am just making myself a target for them to prove this point.

we have to trust that steam moderation will review the content

Except that none of them ever claimed to speak on behalf of steam. They'll be the first to tell you that Valve employees generally don't come around here and thus they can conly state their own observations, inferences and and opinions there on. Just like you.

Wait you think getting a high level has anything to do with the number of games you buy?
You can basically get a 100 levels easy for the cost of 1 $60 game. Less if you really know what you're doiing and are patient.

i get that that 100s or 1000's of steam games you own are also boring, but thats no reason to attack users because you are angry that they could potentially offer steam more then you can.

i think that a vast majority of steams ideas come from free users vs the users who continiously buy into what steam sells. there is a reason for the suggestion forum, that reason it to provide inspiration to steam, while im inspiring to show high level steam users that they could matter, but the negitive reflection of image aimed at low level steam users needs to stop.

your steam level doesn't effect your inspiration level, in fact it seems quiet the opposite as i see hardly any high level steam users coming up with anything new.

I think steam needs the alt accounts simply to make the represented community of steam look some what populated , without the alt accounts, steam is very empty.

It also isn't difficult to get a high count library, for $6 you can get someodd 20 game keys from random bundles. Or for $12/mo you can get 8 guaranteed games, often with a AA or AAA game included.

25 is the lowest cost of a game I bought, I got 32 at the start of this month for just 7 bucks because they were either discount, cheap or just low price, I did it just to raise my games owned badge xD

I think the most I got was like 1,700 items from software, to books, to games. For $5. It was on Itch.io. No steam keys, but a definite steal. Another bundle on itch.io I got was almost 1k items for $10.

So no, getting a massive collection, isn't hard at all.

i don't get it, most of these people who reply are regulars on this forum. they recognize the obvious trolls, the same ones that troll repeatedly and make bait threads or derail other people's threads. they even know that several of these trolls have OPENLY ADMITTED that they're just trolling, sometimes even directly quote them saying as much

Why should long time users be restricted from using the forums ? That doesn't make sense at all.
