"Ask Each Time" Steam Deck Multiple Launch Methods

When I'm selecting a launch method for something like MCC, which has workshop support under a different launch option, I'm defaulted to "don't ask again" which slows the smooth experience of launching between Workshop and base game. One mistake and I have to go into the properties and set it to "Ask each time" again. I feel there should be the option to remember that I want to choose between the different launch options each time, every time.

You should post Steam Deck related stuff in the Steam Deck discussion area.
On the right hand side they have other areas for the deck like bug reports and feature requests.
