Improve querying tools and filters for our own library
Apologies if this is already suggested somewhere. I'd be suprised if it hasn't, yet I wasn't able to find it after some digging.

But it seems to me than some relatively simple improvements could make sorting through our own libraries and finding that next game to play a bit easier. It wouldn't have to be just limited to this, but some simple examples:

1. Allow us to cross-reference library filters with our manually curated collections. I've sorted my library into games that I have "beaten" and my backlog. (among other categories, but won't go into that here-- I'm sure "backlog" is a common enough example of this though) Say I am in the mood for a specific genre of game, and looking for one in my library that I haven't played yet. I can search my library by genre, and I can search my library by my collection indicating completion, but I can't do both at once! I either need to look trough ALL my games of a given genre, or ALL my unfinished games. (There are other examples one could come up with, with other categories though) It seems like a relatively simple change to implement. And it would be quite helpful, as I'm sure I'm not the only steam user with a hefty backlog. It's enough of a meme that it must be somewhat common.

2. Allow us to search our library using any user-applied tag, and/or tags we have applied to games on the store. This suggestion is probably less useful than #1, but still relevant. The filter tags we are currently offered do not encompass all the options available that one might want to search by, and a surefire way to improve on that would be to plug in the user-defined tags.

There are probably more improvements to be made, and the library is pretty nice as is. But I've often had cases where I wish I could perform one of these searches. (Especially the first one!)
