If you permanently move to a different region and start using the second regions currency, then you need to change your store to the new region.

i mean i dont know how long would i be staying in the new country, could be 1 year could be 10 years, and i am using both currency. say if i am in the new country and stay there for 3 year, but want to keep using my original country's payment method and store, would steam change my region automatically even though i was not intend to?
because i have heard that people been forced to change to the country they are currently in even though they are not really purchasing games with the new currency.

Probably depends of the price difference between the 2 countries. If one of the 2 countries has largely cheaper prices than the other then there might be issues.

Personally I would contact steam support if you absolutely have to change store region.

Yes. After X amount of time, it will automatically change.

keyword is move, you are moving so you should switch store region.

whether or not valve will force a regional store change for you, is unknown. as nobody here answers for valve. however the FAQ is pretty clear.

you no longer live in the other country.

"Let’s say you’ve recently moved from Germany to the United States. When checking out you will be able to select the country in which you are currently located on the cart page. From this page you can select the United States to update your cart, pricing, and payment method options. After completing your purchase with a payment method from the United States your account country will be updated to the United States."
this is the scenario from faq, which i assume steam allows us to select our original payment method while checking out?

Yes, on the premise that you are temporarily outside of your home region. After enough time passes, Steam will assume you are not just visiting but living in that new region and force that new region's currency upon you.

explain to me how you understand this bit "When checking out you will be able to select the country in which you are currently located on the cart page."

does it say anywhere that you should select a country you are NOT currently in?

"which i assume steam allows us to select our original payment method while checking out"
how did you even get that from the cited text? i am genuinely dumbfounded.

maybe it would be an idea to read the faq in your native language, it might be a language barrier that makes it hard for you to understand.
