using profile ackground as item shelf showcase on 0 lvl profile

if we could use our profile background to be as item showcase same as in other stuff ie i can use bg to show achievements or items, hopefully as no lvl requirement, ie 0 lvl profile has no bg of any kind and its hard to get unless you want to spend money or trade, which i dont want, ie i just dont want a default dotted plain bg which i cant replace.

Limited accounts have extra restrictions placed on them. This includes leveling up and using showcases.

This is something they won't change.

this is more like a feature request as none of the profile lvls can do that atm, i mean its a limit on steam profile, i cant do that at any lvl for example replacing background with thumbnails of my games sorted as in gog for example ie its not just lvl 0 issue.

Backgrounds are obtained from the Market, crafting game badges and the Points Shop which are all created by the game developers and commissioned artists.

Not saying I disagree with it but I still don't see that happening when showcases are there to do the type of thing you want the backgrounds to do.

i am just tired juggling this items in my inventory, if i get another account i need to trade or wait 2 weeks for them to arrive, and it clutters account with items i am not sure what to do with, ie i want a simple color change in background and for that i keep like 50 backgrounds on each account.

Be Steam friends with the other account for 1 year and only have 1 day holds on them without using the mobile app for instant trades.

It would be easier to ask for a shuffle background option. At least that would be feasible for Valve and even for limited accounts.
