Startup videos for steam deck
I would like to bring this to everyone's attention.

Tread carefully when roaming the points store on your steam deck looking to purchase a startup video for your mighty fine gaming device.

I myself was busy browsing through the store, with the intention of getting myself one of these startup videos of course. I've noticed that the entire video won't play when it is simply highlighted, while perusing the common page of the startup videos I then selected some random video to see it in its entirety with sound. Yet after the separate page opened up, the video didn't play - I assumed I had to press [A] which indicated >SELECT< on the UI to play the video...

In doing so - pressing [A] - instead of playing the video, I clicked on the purchase button which was off screen. . . without noticing or without any confirmation, I purchased a ridiculous intro video that I don't like.

Now I've reported this to Steam and they just blatantly refused to do anything about this, I can't see why I need just "live with it" if this was a foolish mistake from Steam's side

Any tips on how I could acquire a refund would be great, thanks.

A always functioned as the select button by default. It even says that at the bottom of the screen.

Yes, that's what I explained. Though the purchase button was not on the screen. When I pressed A I purchased without knowing.
support has the final word. if they said no you can reply to them and explain the issue again. if they say no again thats pretty much it.
