How do I disable Paypal payment streamlining?

The message said I would be able to disable the streamlining. I want my password to be required every time, for security. NOT streamlined & Steam is not giving me the option to restore my preference. The prompt said I could change it in settings, but there is no option for that. This is PERTURBING!

i actually think you gotta change that on Paypal's side. at least that's what i had to do when i turned off the streamlined Paypal payments for grubhub.

i don't use Paypal for Steam, but i'm betting it's similar that you need to go to Paypal to turn off this paypal feature/function.
