If there are any private profiles that aren't made for disruptive purposes, they're few and far between. Anyway, I'd just block whoever attacks your profile, because I can (in theory) see how a small amount of users may just make their profile private just because they don't want to socialise in any form.
Cases in point

Well since you don't like people with private profiles you should kick anyone off your friends list that has a friends only or private profile because obviously they are up to no good right?
Make your profile friends only or private if you don't want people with friends only or private accounts commenting on your stuff.
Because there are lots of easy ways around what you want... sign in under another account in a browser and leave that account public. Or just not sign in on a browser and see if there is anything. Make their account public, post on it, and then make it private again....
So if you don't want people with private accounts from posting on your stuff... make your account friends only/private but as mentioned people will still be able to find your stuff easily.
If I have my profile set to private, anyone who wants to set theirs public or private is their own choice - my choice is to have mine private, so if you choose to have yours public, that's fine - but by definition everyone will be able to see it.
Welcome to realising the definition of making something PUBLIC
Ironically It's you the one in the dark, not them.
Your PUBLIC content is PUBLIC.
Maybe they think their content is for decent people only. And they actively restrict it to whoever they deem decent.
Or maybe because their profile is none of your business.
They may not like everything being visible but if YOU do thats fine. If you don't want them to see your profile hide it completely with private or make it friends only
It's called blocking. You can block people from commenting. Your suggestion is completely nonsensical.
