Report incorrectly applied tags.
They already do.
Don't worry about the incorrect tagging.
That's very minor and usually gets fixed.
It's also impossible to find out who added the tags.
So, they can't be punished.
Nor should they.
Review Bombs should be punished, yes.

They do.
It can take a few days for the NSFW tag to be removed.
Valve and the account owners can see who tagged a game with what.
Review bombing will be dealt with. Non-reviews that just make wild claims will result in the reviews being banned.
Do you seriously believe something will happen?
I showed evidence of it happening on that very game.
I think I know why: various reports.
Nothing happens to spam guides/reviews reported by one user, you know?
Maybe it's the same with tags.
Removing tags is a manual procedure while adding them from users input is automatic.
Steam support handles reported UGC (community content) while Valve employees handle tags (store page content).
Sauce?
So should positive review bombs.
A bomb is never good. :P
