Stop with the movies, please!
Give us filters!
I know it seems like an obtuse thing to do but you either; go all in and make movie rental its own thing with its own suggestion handler, or you find a third party online movie rental service who is willing to either share revenue on rental of movies for handling it, with Steam intigration, or avoid movie rental.
Adding exploration queue filters would probably also be good for people looking for game suggestions without looking at the entire queue of 8000ish titles/random other items.
While I find the short, independent films interesting, I haven't bought any yet; although a few are in my wishlist. It's worthwhile having them available.
When it comes to the major movie releases, I have NO interest. I've already seen the ones that interest me and I have ZERO interest in watching them through a game portal.
I'm not in the market for a VR unit at this time, and, as with any new medium, there is a lot of low-grade, crap games inundating the stream of new games. I will wait until the medium is more sorted out.
My opinion, with respect to all...
