Profile Activity Feed Widget (deserves to be noticed)

Alright so, everyone is always complaining about how the "Activity Feed" is soooo unused. Time to make this one of the most used features by making it more prominent in the life of a daily Steam user.

How do we do this you ask??

It's actually quite simple, literally make a widget on the user's own profile. So when someone is looking at their profile, they'll see their activity feed on the left (preferably) of their profile.

Here is an example sketch of what I'm talking about:

• The "widget" should be scrollable to browse the feed and should either stay in one place while you scroll your profile or come along, idk.
  
  
• The "widget in the sketch" may seem too big, so, a smaller widget can be considered.
  
  
• And the "widget" should obviously adjust in size to stay proportionate in different screen resolutions/aspect ratios. But I'm sure you guys (Valve) has that covered.

If you like the idea, please drop a supportive comment down below, and if you don't, please tell us what the flaws or downsides to this are (couldn't think of any myself :P).

Many many people have been asking me, boss, but what exactly is the activity feed anyways?

Damn, that really shows how much we need this feature.

Another thing that I'd like to point out. With this feature, whenever we post screenshots or artwork, we never get the attention that we get on other social communities after posting. With this we can expect more likes, comments, and activity on user content.

But no one does that, nor do they like to do that. Its a forgotten feature that needs to be made prominent.

I don't get the point of the feed at all.... so I wouldn't participate in this.

I see a lot of activity, but what if I agree on is that when you use 16:9 profile and everytingh is very ugly, much empty space on the sides is not cute and steam big picture is very ugly too, the same happens in every section (avoid library) I think it would be good to steam adjust 16:9 and if thats the way to do it I like, but same in activity and community and shop

I would agree this is a useful feature. I'd like it. Seems like a good idea to me c: I use the activity feed all the time. Everytime I log into Steam I check it to see if there's anything new anyways.

I think this would be a pretty good idea if you know how to get it to work. Not to mention, I feel like a lot of my friends don't use the Steam Activity Feed.

Well you can customize your steam client or change the theme with out vac ban

This would be extremely helpful. For so long, I have been taking photo's of my adventures throughout the various virtual realms. I encountered glitches, abominations, beauty and hilarity. But, no one recognises my wonders...my odditites. With this widget, my friends and friends of my friends and friends of those friends of my friends can finally witness my artistry. #MakeActivityFeedGreatAgain

But themes just include the overall design and UI. You can't add features such as widgets or whatever. That has to be done by Valve.

Yeah thatd be cool i guess, I use the activity feed once and awhile, but I dont really go to my profile page alot
