For community hub content under "Violent & Sexual Content" enable "Blur and warn about content that may contain frequent nudity or sexual content" option this will blur images that are flagged by the AI, if missed, can report it, and support will blur content.

But here's the proverbial rub...neither do you.

And I wonder how much is included in the "…or anything else not safe for work" as well. ;)
No one can ever claim that.
Let's look at another angle - I am an artist, posted my hand drawn stuff about any non-porn game, in the artwork section of the game itself. My artwork (good or bad) gets dropped in a swamp of porn posters, all getting 100 likes & rewards, while mine gets ignored at 1 or 2 likes bottom of the list. Regardless that it's work relevant to the game itself.
Steam isn't going to ban all porn when they allow porn games.
You're literally 5 years too late to complain about this.
If a game contains porn, it is appropriate as it is a porn game by your logic. It doesn't make sense...
Like I said above, all of the Fallout Games have Sexual Content tags, yet if you play the standard game story your chances of running into ANY OF IT are extremely low, yet for those that explore said games will also easily find it. Like in Oblivion there's that one book seller in the DLC that is literally a personified talking and walkin fanfiction.
Easy to find... if you know where too look. If you actively look for something that's hidden or has specific requirements, the problem is the player, not the game. Check official rating before buying a game.
