Already purchased games show "This item is currently unavailable in your region".
As a result, purchased games cannot enter the store page because the carrier or developer locks the area later. Therefore, it is not possible to review and see the specific information of the game. The opening page just said "This item is currently unavailable in your region", but I already had the game and was denied the full service.

In my opinion, games that are locked in a region where the game is not visible, should still be fully available to those who have already purchased the game.

If a game is no longer on sale or not available due to restrictions by the publisher or your government there is nothing Valve can do without either violating contracts, or laws.

Can't you review it from the library in the Steam client either?

The contract works both ways, both for the publisher or the government, and for consumers who have previously purchased the game. I can understand why a game that has been taken down by a publisher can't be purchased or viewed on the store page. But it doesn't make sense for consumers who have already bought a game to be able to review it, read reviews, get information about the game. That's because consumers who already bought the game established their contract before the publisher changed it.

I can see it from the library and I can run it. However, since there is no access to the store, there is no way to view preview videos, preview images, review reviews, view good ratings, view game types, and see supported features such as :" Steam Cloud "," Full Controller Support ", etc. You may not think these features are important, but I buy so many games that I need these features to quickly sift through my library and decide whether or not to play. Services that I consider to be part of a game that I have already purchased.

Seems true, I have Starforge and it seems that the store page no longer even exists.
I can install the game and play it, but that's about it - it's as if it never existed on Steam to begin with (other than being in my library)

I paid for it. I didn't do anything. But for this game, I became a limited user.

Countries laws trump your desires, you can play the game, that is the only feature you were promised when it was sold, everything else is extra.

I have quite a few games in my library that are no longer sold where I live, but I can still review them from within the library itself, and can still see all the features like cloud saves and controller support listed in the right hand-side

So you think publishers' rights are equivalent to state law?

Since I have almost 2000 games in stock, I don't know what most of the games I have in stock if I just look at the name, I need the introductory video and game screenshots from the store page to help me determine what it is.

Well I guess you can use something like steamdb, if you log into it via Steam you can browse all your games like that, and if you then log out of Steam in the browser you can view all the store pages normally, it's a bit of a roundabout way but yeah

I couldn't disagree more with you.

1. Most locked-in areas are not because of national laws.

2. Publishers are not national laws.

3. Steam is not meant to make games easier to play, so what's the difference between Steam and Epic, or maybe igg, but just playable.

Is that more reasonable

1. Users who have not purchased the locked area cannot see the store page.

2. Consumers who have already purchased can see the store page and comment on it.

3. Consumers who have already purchased can no longer buy and give gifts.

Maybe it's a legal issue that they can't advertise something they're not actually going to sell to you? I have no idea.

You can still write reviews for those games from within your Steam library even if they're no longer available for purchase in your region, or can you not?

If it's a legal matter then there's no way around it. If not, could Valve consider optimizing it?
