Removing achievements to reset the average percentage of achievements across games.

There are games in which the achievement is no longer possible to get: the game service is unavailable or the online is very low. When will the function of resetting statistics for such games appear in Steam so that they are no longer taken into account in statistics?

Game dev's can already do so, they just don't care enough to do it most of the time. Steam can't modify achievements of games they don't own, furthermore dev's might want it to stay.

Just because an achievement is no longer obtainable doesn't mean it shouldn't count, what about everyone who DID earn it and now you removed it?

You slightly misunderstood my message. There is a game in which I can no longer get achievements due to some restrictions (there is no game server or players in the game). I want to reset the achievements for this game IN MY OWN, and not for other players.

Yep, dev's can do that and reset achievements if they want, they just don't care. Your only option is to use SAM and remove them

1) The game is dead, as is the technical support in it.
2) When deleting achievements through SAM, the average percentage does not change, since the game in which I received at least one achievement is counted as "started", and SAM does not change this.

Which again, doesn't change that Devs or SAM are your only option. Steam isn't going to touch the achievements of another companies game.

But achievements are stored on the Steam server itself.

Yep, that is the standard response they use to get rid of people who are bugging them with things they don't deal with. So I wouldn't hold your breath. The appropriate department in this case seems to be the janitorial department as they tossed your suggestion in the trash as they don't deal with it

Game devs can already set achievements to reset. Shadow Tactics: Blade of the Shogun is one example where the option is on the main menu.

Secondly you earned those 7 achievements for Guns of Icaris so they obviously count.

And finally you can use SAM but i am unsure, others may know, if it resets the percentage.

I already wrote that SAM does not reset the percentage itself, the game will also continue to be taken into account in the statistics...

For games impossible to complete anymore i'd say either pull from store or put a "can't be finished due to..." or remove achievements now impossible and warn about the unavailable game content.
