Skype preview image - add an open graph tags to the steam game pages.

It will probably sunk somewhere here but it would be cool if steam will have Open Graph support, so if steam game link is sent via skype (or other program that can use OG) it will show game icon preview, instead of default steam logo.

And it's very simple to implement.

if i am correct, you mean, for example, if i send a imgur url to someone, the image will show a preview image?
nah that's a really horrible idea, because of ip logging will be way easier then how easy it is right now, think abou it yourself

Skype doing it anyway, if you have not disabled this feature. So what I mean is jsut to make it more friendly for some one who is using preview. Others just don't care.

yeah but.. i think valve care's more about securety of theire custommers then skype does :/
thats why ipgrabbing was possible for such a long time in skype get it :p

What the hell you are talking about? And how it's related to the security?

Applying meta tags to the page (which is public anyway) do not provide any information about user, it provide information only about current page, so the google bot/scype/anything that access page could read it, if it's required. So even if skype will send send 2 requests (one from skype server and another from personal skype) to same page without access to the browser cookies - it will see 2 identical pages.
