Hidding apps/games per app.

Ability to hide games from profile per app ? I want to hide some games not only from library but also from steam profile while still beeing able to download them and without removing them. I also don't wana to need to make my hole profile games library private just hide selected games from it.

I have younger brother who can't play for example pavlov vr so I would like to be able to hide this game from my steam profile and steam library(Searching shows hidden games list and that is bit a problem) while still being able to play it, mayby after typing passworld second time or something like so.

Just don't buy games that you are too embarrassed to have in your library or get a second account for such games.

This would also be abused by people playing/buying games that they should not be playing.

These threads popup all the time and most commonly they want to hide the games from family members.

No reason for kids to be able to hide games from parents or family members they should not be playing. So people clearly benefit from not having this option.

Also if people are to immature to have said games in their library without hiding them then they shouldn't be playing them either.

I personaly on chrismas when I was 16 I got Cyberpunk 2077 that I can play qnd is 18+ game, but my parents would rather not allow my younger brother to play it yet. Still I think per app bidding would be usefull for many. Mayby you play a game like Dyson Sphere Program or Factorio and don't wana yr friends to go how to make most advanced factory. Or ask what is yr War Thunder battle rank. etc.

If I would want 18+ nsfw game I am pretty sure there are tons on itch free to download.
