Feature to hide SPECIFIC games from the public!

I know similar posts have been made before, but the ones I saw were not as fleshed out as I was hoping for and didn't get much traction.

I think a simple, coherent, and convenient feature should be added to steam that allows you to easily hide SPECIFIC games from your friends and the public. This feature would show you simply as being "online" when playing the game.
The game would not show up in your profile's game list or activity and there would be no evidence you had ever played the game at all- this should be achievable form a simple right click drop-down menu or something.

I'm not looking for some alternative or convoluted way around this problem, I'm requesting that this feature be implemented specifically so that no alternative is needed; no alternate account, no "permanently" removing the game, no hiding all games, no "just dealing with it".. this is a suggested feature, not a request for help.
[Excuse my bluntness, I'm just overly aware that some people will bypass everything you've said just to offer something you actively didn't want]

No level of privacy should ever be contested.
I don't want to have to uninstall the game, or remove it in any way, I want it very much in my library at my convenience and at my own disclosure.

Yes, it's because I want to play porn games without my innocent, pure-hearted friends knowing.

Can't you just set yourself as "offline" before playing? I mean, should work I think.

People won't get a pop-up if you are offline or you appear offline. People won't get one either when putting yourself back online while playing.
